FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do I need council approval for my decking project?

No, not usually. However, there are some exceptions, such as heritage-listed homes, or structures that exceed a certain height. In these cases, our experienced team will provide advice and assistance in gaining council approval.

  • Do you supply materials?

Yes, we can supply the materials for your project. Through our network of suppliers, we’re able to source the highest quality materials for your project. This ensures an attractive, long-lasting result.

  • How much will my project cost?

Each project varies in price; however, we do our best to provide an accurate, affordable quote when drawing up your plans. Each quote takes into account the quality of materials, the scope of work and accessibility to your home.

  • Will there be dust in my house?

Though we try very hard to minimise dust in your home, some may still make its way out of our workspace. We aim to spread the last amount of dust possible, turning off air conditioning systems and using a combination of plastic barriers and air scrubbing fans.

  • How long will my renovation project take?

A complete bathroom renovation can be complete in 3–4 weeks, and, depending on size, a kitchen renovation can take 4 or more. Time to complete other projects, such as new builds, decks or pergolas, can vary. Our team is able to provide an estimated timeline with your quote. Call us today for more information.
